Welcome to Fantasy Suites! We are the only comprehensive Design + Build company focused on high-end, custom Intimacy Spaces for both residential and commercial clientele. Based in Denver, CO, we can service virtually any location across the U.S.

The idea for Fantasy Suites follows the success of the 2022 Netflix series "How to Build a Sex Room", which paired host, sex coach and interior designer Melanie Rose with contractor Mike Shayler and the build team from WoodHouse Construction, owned by Robert Krieger. Once the series aired, people began contacting Robert and team about designing everything from luxurious fantasy bedrooms to adult playroom, dungeons, and more for themselves.

At that point, Robert reached out to veteran marketer and entrepreneur Mark Mueller, to launch a new and unique business focused on all the services necessary to bring sex-positive dreams to reality. And thus, Fantasy Suites was born.

While intimate spaces aren't new, they have largely been private or hidden. The 2000-teens trilogy of 50 Shades of Gray brought BDSM Rooms (the Red Room) much more into the mainstream, and then the recent Netflix series really explored the myriad possibilities of personal playrooms for sex-positive couples and groups.
